After almost 60 years the family home was put on the market for the first time. Mum had used First National for the sale of the farm, so was never going anywhere else. 

Karyn came to the house and quickly put Mum at ease (it was a huge decision for her!) Everything was explained simply and clearly so there were no surprises anywhere throughout the whole process. 

She accommodated Mum wanting viewing by appointment only. 

Fortunately it was a quick smooth sale. Karyn kept us updated throughout (even though I was across the Cook Strait for a lot of it!) 

Karyn was involved right up until settlement day making sure relevant people had access to the house as Mum had moved to the red and black province prior. 

Karyn is approachable and is respectful of her clients needs/opinions . I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Husband and I after 43 years in our loved family home made the hard decision to sell and move. After looking at several houses in Maugaturoto, we found our perfect house real easy with First National Kaipara with their agent Karyn. Lovely home and amazing garden! Unfortunately too small to fit all our furniture. Karyn was so lovely and knew that I really loved the house and garden. We told Karyn what we needed from our forever home. Karyn called us a few days later to tell us she had a place for us to look at, also told me it had a blank canvas for me to work with in the garden. All I can say is Karyn really listened! She had found our forever home!

I found Karyn to be polite, approachable and very professional. She disclosed everything I needed to know about the property I was viewing and provided all written information needed. Karyn’s non-pushy manner was refreshing, yet she was more than happy to research detail for my later enquires.
