Husband and I after 43 years in our loved family home made the hard decision to sell and move. Adrianne Astley, would be the most hard working and dedicated real estate agent I have come across, and I have delt with a few. Ok she took over 12 months to sell our property, however it went on the market at the worst possible time. It was when the market went from FOMO to FOOP so she had a tough job considering we refused to drop the price to suit the slump. Adrianne stuck to the task, keeping us informed the whole way through the process. When she finally got the sale she was genuinely so happy for us she came to us to celebrate the occasion. I would like to say that Adrianne was a pleasant, bright and cheerful personality to work with. I believe she was realistic with the price, and on the falling market as it was then. Adrianne helped us go with the flow to achieve what was a reasonable price outcome at the time. Had we hesitated the result would have been far worse over the first half of this year as it turns out. The conditions of the agreement meant that we had a quick settlement and payout before Christmas which was a greatly desired outcome.
It was great to meet Adrianne at her office. She was totally professional and always happy, very keen to be of assistance to us and we found her awesome to work with. Adrianne had open homes every weekend even when the weather was absolutely horrible.
The home had nobody living in it and so Adrianne got the broom and swept paths, front and back deck from leaves and other rubbish that happened to have come through the wind and rain.
