Instructions on Applying for a Rental Property

Book into an open home by clicking on the “Book Viewing” which will give you the date and time specified.
If no viewing time is showing, register your interest and a txt will be sent to you when a viewing time has been set.
You can then navigate to the “Tenancy Application Form” from the rent menu above to apply. All application forms are processed online.
Any questions you have will be answered at the open home.
Application processing is carried out within two working days of the Open to View.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE
You must book in to view the property and register your details.
If you have not registered to “Book Viewing” access to the property may be denied.
Tenancy Applications will only be processed if you have attended an Open to View at a property.
